Return Policy

Damaged Items:

If your item is damaged in any way you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a replacement. Please contact us for a return shipping label.

Non-damaged Items:

Replacement or refund is contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive them. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items. You MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT prior authorization, will NOT be refunded.


Note: Slight curvature of the product is a normal and acceptable condition. Up to 1/4" as measured by placing the Mark-A-Hydrant® reflector on a flat surface -- curved side up -- and measuring the gap from the surface, to the underside of the marker.
